Once payment has been made and services, the introductory call, and client engagement has been established, no refund will be available.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the email we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is no fee for refunds.
